Cancellation and Return Policy

 

In the rare case that you are not satisfied by the product you bought or your product arrives damaged, following is our return policy:

 

  •  Some products are eligible for return and some are for final sale to maintain fairness to our women artisans.
  • It will be clearly mentioned on your product description view.
  •  Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.
  •  Mention the details of your order and drop us an email at sadhna@sadhna.org with the reason for return.
  •   Before returning the product, make sure that the product is not damaged.
  •   In the rarest of the rare event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 36 hours of receiving your order.
  •  Full refunds will be in the form of store credits in which case return shipping charges might be applicable. (See Eligibility Criteria Below)
  •  We aim to process all exchanges within 15 days. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach us at sadhna@sadhna.org
  •   All returns are subject to the discretion of Sadhna.

 

 Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Exchange:

  1. Miss Fit: Eligible for Return and exchange. Reverse Shipment Charges will be paid by customer.
  2. Received Damaged: Eligible for Return and Exchange. Reverse Shipment Charges will be paid by us.
  3. Wrong Product Shipped: Eligible for Return and Exchange. Reverse Shipment Charges will be paid by us.
